CrossFit Kids Workouts

Each of our CrossFit Kids classes include a white board lesson where the kiddos will learn about CrossFit vocabulary, movements, or nutrition. Following that is a dynamic warm up, skill development, and a workout. After the workout, a quick review of the lesson is done before jumping into a game. Each class ends with a game, and is approximately 50 minutes long. 

No movements are off limits to these kids, and they will learn pushing, pulling, jumping, throwing, pressing, and squatting with kid-specific equipment.


Schedules & Pricing

Teens (11+ Coach’s discretion):

$135/month Unlimited Membership
$110/month 3x/week Membership
(add-on teen is $85 for both Memberships)

Summer Schedule: M – F 10:45 – 11:45AM

(Starts September) School Year: M – F 3:30-4:30PM  and M/W 6:30-7:30PM

The Unlimited membership allows teens to take part in specialty classes such as Teen Barbell Club, Open Gym, Running Club, and Gymnasatics classes.  (Some restrictions/prior approval is required: see Teens Guidelines and Procedures)


Mids 2 (8 – 10 years Coach’s discretion):

$75/month (each additional/$60 add-on)

Summer Schedule: T TH  9:45-10:30AM

(Starts September) School Year: T  TH 4:45 – 5:30PM

Mids 1 (6 – 7 years Coach’s discretion):

$75/month (each additional/$60 add-on)

Summer Schedule: T TH 10:30 – 11:15AM

(Starts September) School Year: T  TH 4:00 – 4:45PM

Littles (4 – 7 years Coach’s discretion):

$55/month

Summer Schedule: T  TH 9:15 – 9:45AM

(Break in September, Starts in October) School Year M  W 4:00 – 4:30PM

Our schedule is coordinated where possible to let parents and children workout at the same time. Regardless of membership dues, all classes are open to any child enrolled, offering flexibility for the parent.
