No! All CrossFit gyms are individually owned and operated, we are not a franchise. Our affiliation with CrossFit is based on our passion for quality training and programming and our love of functional movements done at high intensity.

Since not all CrossFit gyms are the same it is important that you visit the facilities, and learn about the coaches, and the classes.

Some gyms may omit Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and other modalities. Some programs are based on body weight only. The experience and skill level of coaches and trainers also vary. It is important to make sure that you are not simply paying for someone to tell you what to do. For your safety and success there needs to be good coaching that allows you to understand the mechanics behind movements as well as the reasoning in addition to excellent demonstrations.

So again, we are all similar, but can be vastly different. Choose what fits you best and your goals. No matter what, we are glad you found CrossFit. Done correctly, it is the BEST strength and conditioning programming around!

Check out our Class Schedule. If you are interested in personal training, we are able to accommodate your schedule. Sessions are available Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 7:30pm, and a Saturday 8:30am class. There is also an auxiliary “open” gym available during class times.

For the benefit of each athlete, our classes are capped at 14 athletes. We pride ourselves on quality coaching and making sure everyone moves efficiently. You’ll get quite a bit of individualized attention.

Yes. As long as you are currently CrossFitting, you are welcome to work out in any of our regularly scheduled classes.  Please note that we limit our class sizes and registration for class ahead of time is required. Register for the class you wish to attend by clicking here.

We are happy to answer any and all questions!  We are unable to do this during our scheduled class times, as our focus at that time is the athletes in the current class.  We offer a Free Intro Session and one of our coaches will be happy to meet with you and answer any of your questions.  To schedule a Free Intro Session click here.

The membership fees associated with the classes are dependent on the number of classes you would like to commit to each month. CrossFit is a commitment and investment in yourself.  Our trainers commit to every athlete’s success. Our dedication to you is demonstrated with quality coaching, results and our growing, supportive community.  If you are looking for value and commitment from a dedicated training staff, you are in the right place!

Our membership runs from month to month.  We process payment through ACH/EFT so a voided check from a checking account would be sufficient.  If you sign up on say the 12th, your membership would automatically renew on the 12th every month.  You can stop your membership anytime as long as you let us know 30 days ahead of time.  There is no commitment.  If you decide it’s not for you, all that is required to terminate membership is an email to us.
