Coach

Jeff has considerable athletic achievements including a professional football career in the NFL.  He attended college at Montana State University were he was a 2-time All-American and 2-time team captain.

Retirement from an athletic career left him needing something to fill his desire for competition.  In 2011 he discovered CrossFit and has been hooked ever since. His passion for helping others led him into coaching.  He has trained with some of the top professionals in the world and brings a high caliber of training knowledge through his experiences as an elite athlete.
