Mitchell is a life long athlete dabbling in many different sports including baseball, basketball, track, and triathlons. Mitchell found CrossFit in 2012 and never looked back. His love for intense training and the foundations of CrossFit led him to pursue his certification in the hopes to share his passion for this sport with anyone and everyone. He continues his education to be a better athlete and in turn a better coach. Mitchell is very excited to change many lives at Wildland CrossFit.
